Meet Livia
Livia was a competitive athlete playing hockey for over 18 years. Livia competed internationally (IIHF) for Team Slovakia for several years and was apart of the 2010 Vancouver Olympic Team. Playing at this level and being a captain of the team, she learnt valuable leadership skills that she incorporates in her fitness approach. She holds a diploma in Personal fitness training from NAIT as well as is a certified corrective exercise specialist.
Livia’s passion for fitness began through her love of sports and developed as a varsity athlete in hockey. Her approach to fitness emphasizes age-appropriate programming with a specific focus on cardiovascular and strength training in combination with balance and flexibility training. She strives to provide clients with a positive and satisfying experience that will help them achieve their desire goals.
